1. At ordinary times, pay attention to check whether the silo wall of the slag powder silo is deformed and whether the bolts on the silo wall are connected. If the bolt is found to fall off, it shall be reinstalled in time.

2. During the inspection of slag powder silo, after the silo powder is completely discharged and the silo is empty, pay attention to the tightness of steel plate silo and whether the door frame and adjacent steel plates are deformed. Or rupture. If such abnormal conditions are found, they shall be repaired in time.

3. Equipment inspection of slag powder silo. After all the materials are discharged from the silo, the connecting parts, welding parts and the appearance of the hopper shall be frequently checked. If deformation or crack is found, stop feeding in time to avoid more serious loss.

4. Regularly check the top of the slag powder silo every month, check whether the upper ring, process hole and other parts are normal, whether the bolts are loose and whether the gaskets are damaged. If there is any problem, please deal with it in time.

5. When checking the slag powder silo, pay attention to check whether the silo wall is corroded, and check the sealing of the silo. If any problem is found, take corresponding measures in time.

6. As the mineral powder steel plate silo uses an alternating load, the welds between the silo body and the paint part shall be inspected every six months. In case of problems in the welding of ladders, corridors, trestles, etc., the deformed parts shall be repaired and welded in time, and the rusted parts shall be treated in time to prevent the expansion of rust.
