How to operate the cement silo correctly?

 In the daily production process, the silos are often used to store the cement. So how to operate the cement silo correctly?

First, before using a cement silo, we need to carefully inspect all parts of the entire silo system. We should check the state of the feed inlet at the top of the material bin, whether the temperature measurement cable is fastened, etc., to ensure that the results of the inspection meet the safety requirements.

When we load the silos, we load it in batches. After each stage of material loading into the silo, it has to stand for a period of time, and then the next stage of feeding work.

When we feed into the silo, we must make sure to close the valve at the bottom of the warehouse, open the valve at the top of the warehouse, and then start the feeding equipment. Materials enter the silo vertically through the valve on the top of the warehouse to avoid material inclination and friction of the warehouse wall in the warehouse.

During the use process, we should check the silos regularly. We should do a good job of testing the temperature in the silo, when the temperature is too high, to take timely measures to adjust.

When all the material is discharged from the silo, we will clear the silo. When cleaning the silo, just open the central valve of the silo.

When the silo cleaning work is over, it is necessary to close the valve of the silo in time, and close the warehouse door and feed inlet at the same time.
